I don’t understand how something as simple as shifting a clock by one hour can have such a serious impact on my life.
Daylight Saving Time screws me up EVERY YEAR. For a week afterwards I am all bleary and exhausted.
Why?
Other people take it in stride and don’t even notice!
Stupid changing clocks.

In other topics… seriously, the biggest problem I have in my life is that a clock was changed? I look around the interwebs and realize I should COUNT MY BLESSINGS because I really am one lucky little so and so.

It is really horrible. I lost an hour of my life!

I can spring foward, but I can’t fall back well at all. But I agree, there are bigger problems in the world and I certainly have to say, readjusting my sleep schedule is the least I can do to have a bit more sunlight.

My body doesn’t mind the change, in fact by Spring, it’s begging for it–what I can’t stand is changing the antiquated clocks under my jurisdiction. The time clock is the WORST! Gaaah.
On the other hand, things could definitely be worse.

I love DLS time. I just wish it never went back in the Fall.

I can handle the extra hour in the Autumn. What I hate about the time change in the Spring is trying to reset my internal clock to getting up while it is still dark as night outside. Need… sunlight… to wake… up…

Springing forward kicks my ass from every angle. It takes my internal clock weeks to re-tweak itself. It’s incredibly annoying.

Bending over a couch doesn’t actually sound all that bad…
It’s the fall change that slays me. HATE losiing that hour of light in thet evening.
