This mix…

  • 9 grams of unroasted, unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • 9 grams unroasted, unsalted pistachio nuts
  • 16 grams of Sunmaid Fruit Bits.

put in a wee little snack bag

Eat after lunch.

I don’t know what it is about this combo exactly, but it is soooooooooooooo yummy!

I think it’s the mix in the fruit bits… that mix is genius!

5 grams of protein, 8 grams of healthy nut-based fats, 15 grams of carbs.  150 calories.  Awesome little snack for a post-lunch treat.

(you know, if you are out of BUNNY GRAHAMS!)

I like my food so much more now that I make it myself!

    I love dried fruit, but unfortunately it is way high in sugar.

    Mmmmm…. even better covered in chocolate or chocolate and pretzels!! OMG! OR chocolate, pretzels and cheesecake.
